I am working my way through most of this. Much of this comes down to personal preference.
0.9.4 is really close to being able to accomplish that. Then have the ability to switch back to the capture mode and have the cameras ready to record again. Ideally, I would like to be able to capture 2 cameras in one instance, switch to the playback mode and have the videos and annotations load automatically. This works, but the screen switching is less than ideal. Right now, I simply close each instance and re-start them with an associated Default Workspace. the cameras need to be reloaded manually when switching to capture mode. The playback resources to play them smoothly is about 4GB.Ĥ - Switching between modes (capture -> playback, playback -> capture) requires reconfiguration. I perform my own compression later with ffmpeg anyway. I could record into different directories to solve this.ģ - The resources needed to capture 2 color cameras at 480 FPS 640x480(uncompressed so they load quicker into the playback instance) is ~ 8GB.
I have added a line to the source code to disable the trigger but I don't have a sufficiently elegant way to re-enable it.Ģ - The replay observer will always load the most current video and I am recording from 3 cameras into the same directory. Here are current drawbacks with running multiple instances:ġ - The audio trigger is always live so for at least one of my instances, I do get multiple videos. I have not noticed Kinovea skip frames.First of all: Kinovea is an amazing piece of software! I use version 8.25 because it has the timescale with countdown mode. I'll not expect Vimeo to handle 100 fps Kinovea videos that they recently identified for me.īy the way, if interested in high speed video analysis I recommend that you try Kinovea. When I can document for Vimeo what I have, I'll communicate with Vimeo. If your knee is fully extended, the goniometer will be at 0 degrees. Check the goniometer or phone app’s angle to see your reading. I'll study those issues when I have time because I have control of the recording. Straighten out your leg so the back of your knee is against the floor or as close as you can comfortably get it to the floor. The videos include side by side videos that are great for comparing tennis strokes. Many videos are 240 fps and should show 4 and 5 millisecond for single frame advance on Vimeo. Search: Chas Tennis Vimeo My recent Kinovea files often have a millisecond time scale that counts down for impact on the tennis serve. Regarding participant B, the MGR output increased compared with MGL output when the mandible moved laterally to the left, to the right, and forward. Although the results of participant A showed these results, the results of participant B were different. I don't want to resolve this with Vimeo because I don't know much about the 240 fps from the iPhone 6s. When the mandible moves forward, the MGL output and MGR output must increase at the same level. Kinovea indicated that the frame rate was 30 fps. I downloaded the Vimeo video to Kinovea and could see all frames when I used the Kinovea single frame process. Every so often I would see different frames and then the video would revert back the usual frames. All o f the recorded video (video files) was first playbacked to c heck for any obvious error. So I unloaded the project, edited it by changing all x86 to 圆4, saved, reloaded, and was good to go after that. When making the Custom Action project for the solution, it defaulted everything to x86 within the. Using the Vimeo process for single frame - I would mostly see the same frames going forward and back. Kinovea was used to retrieve all of the outputs (images and videos) from the Sony VideoCam camera. The WiX project I was using was hard-set in the configuration manager for 圆4 across the board. The next video I looked at was this iPhone 6 s video, supposedly 240 fps recording and a 30 fps output video. I had a problem with my Kinovea videos that turned out to be the Kinovea file was 100 fps and the Vimeo only takes up to 60 fps without skipping frames. I don't understand iPhone 6s output video files and options and am hoping to find someone that uploads iPhone 6s or similar high speed videos to Vimeo. Have you considered contacting Vimeo support.
